I have become very allergic to wines with a high sulphate and additive amount, but was (surprisingly
) impressed last year in Zakinthos by the standard of the local wine. What is cephalonia like?
Also gin seems to be ok so far, but even those most of the juniper berries come from Greece, they haven't made too much gin so far. But is it worth a punt??? Any help appreciated 😊
(PS by wine I mean white, not red)
