Jet2 seating

I’m confused and hoping someone will know the answer as jet2 aren’t answering their phones...
I’ve checked in online for our flights in half term and chose auto-seat allocation. It showed four seats in a row (3+1) for both which is fine so I completed check in. But now on the home screen it says ‘no seats selected’. So have I been allocated seats or not? Or will it randomly allocate at bag drop??

I've flown with Jet2 a lot, most recently in March.
After check in you have to print off boarding passes which show the seats you have reserved. I'm pretty sure I logged into manage my booking and printed them off?
I checked in on the first day it opened and was allocated three seats about as far apart as possible both out and return Grin. Not only that when I tried to pay to choose seats there were still none together or any extra legroom (DS10 is 6'4").

Thanks. Have checked boarding passes now and they do have seat numbers on them- and we're all together amazingly! There goes my quiet flight then... Grin

frax was that the seats you got stuck with though ? Or did u manage to request a change at check in desk ?

No we were stuck as far apart as you could get. I don't have small children though so maybe they got priority? Just noticed my last post said DS10 - he's 19 Grin.
Flying again in July but this time with Thomson so I decided to pay the extra and choose. There were no extra legroom seats available even two months before travel.

We have small children I’m hoping this can be sorted for us
