First holiday with 10 month old

Me and my husband are looking to go away in july, for the first time with our baby. She will be 10 months then. Any recommendations where to go? Also should we do b&b or all inclusive?

Somewhere with a beach and not too hot.
We're off to a caravan near a beach in Pembrokeshire in July. DS is 4 but that's always been the most successful holiday for us.
I hate all inclusive personally but my main focus is always somewhere with attached outside space (villa/apartment with balcony/caravan with decking) so we're not stuck in a room once DS is asleep.
