Passport help

I’ve just checked online and it says “waiting for information from applicant”

I have applied to renew mine but in my married name and both children their first passports.

Any idea what this could be?

I sent all required documentation they requested in the online application.

I’m stressing!!!!

When did you send the documentation? Maybe that just hasn't been matched up with your applications as yet?

Coukd they be waiting for info from your counter-signatory? They will have contacted them by post if so.
