Canaries October half term recommendations

Hello, can anyone recommend a nice all inclusive hotel in Tenerife, Lanzarote or Gran Canaria? Considering going there for October half term- myself, partner, 4 year old and 1 year old. Thanks!

Without a doubt TUI Sensatori on Tenerife. Beautiful multi-sensory nursery and baby yoga. Bottle warmers, sterilisers and baby food available on request. Spacious rooms and suites with plenty of space for cots and extra beds. Free supervised sessions at the kids club for children aged 3+, available six days a week. You can use kids club facilities as a family with the special Stay and Play sessions available 7 days a week. Children under two travel free. As well as the main pool, there are four other pools, including a splash pool, a family pool, a Red Level pool and a quieter, adults-only one surrounded by lawns and Balinese beds. There's a spa and sports for adults.
