Best place for a budget February short break

I would like to book a 3/4 night break Feb half term. 2 children 7 and 11

We went away that time this year and I found it nice to have something to look forward to after Christmas

I would like to try Poland / Hungary but it's a bit cold then I think. Would also like nordics but too pricy I think

Barcelona is a possible. We did Rome this year so not there.

Does anyone have any suggestions of places that are worth considering?

On quite a strict budget so cheap!

Easyjet just opened Feb and March flights. See what you like and check if it meets your budget. Your kids are big enough to cope in a folder climate. We are a bit reluctant to go into cold/snowy parts on Europe due to the possibility of flights dustrubtions. Our feb budget break is Faro:)

I had a browse of the flights but didn't get inspiration. Only worried about temperature as youngest suffers mild asthma which is triggered by cold weather. So -10 which reviews said it can be would not be great.

In that case I think you need to avoid mid, east and north Europe. How about southern Italy? The cheapest flights will be to Spain and Portugal

Malaga?
Lisbon?

I often like to go to Malta at that time of year for a few days. Cheap to fly to and can get pretty cheap accomodation. Usually between 17 and 22 degrees

Morrocco can be good value too, but ive never been - only browsed

Ive been to Morocco. I liked it but we stayed in old town and that was a bit full on. I have wondered about essouria I think it is.

Thank you all for suggestions. I need to ponder.....
