40th and 50th bday and 10 year anniversary holiday.

Hi this is my first post.

Im looking for recommendations for a holiday with a bit of culture and experience. It will be my 40th and my hubby 50th bday and our 10 year wedding anniversary so thinking something a bit special but still on a budget.
I have a 12 and 14 yr old.
Not bothered what time of year we go or if in school holidays or not.

Looked at Goa, Gambia, morocco and Sri Lanka. But am open minded to anywhere.

Budget no more than about £3.500. Would like a week or 10 days.

Is there anyone who can look after the kids, you could make it more special if it was just you and your husband, if i was you I would rather it would just be me and my husband. It depends on what you want to do, you could go to an island like Mauritius or if you like Asian food try a few stops in China and India. Or you could scuba diver and see Great Barrier Reef
