Hello, I've just wasted over an hour trying to figure out how to find (never mind book anything!) the BA companion voucher.

I've logged in and it's just not there... am I going crazy? Does anyone have any experience with this? I've read blogs and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

I know I can ring them tomorrow but I'm rather confused!! Please help!

Do you mean the BA Amex card one? I think the voucher shows on the account of the person who holds the card, even if a couple share the household account. So my partner had to do the booking when we used ours as it was his credit card. Also took us a bit to spend enough to get the voucher and on dps card we get the voucher once a year-or two years? Can’t remember. I find ba helpful when i phone them!

Go to make a reward flight booking and there should be a box to tick to use it. You might need to use the desktop site if you don’t see it on the mobile site.

And PP is correct, you need to be logged into the exec club of the member who has the voucher. If you’re on the household but it’s not your voucher you won’t see it!

Thanks for your help, I think I’ll have to ring BA - definitely in the right account and can’t see it anywhere!! Dying to see what I can ‘spend’ it on. Thanks!!
