flights have changed

Well, our flights have changed. We had a stopover in Milan- originally an hour now 5 hours. We have the option of turning this down and changing, but will have to pay an admin fee, and really don't know what the options will be. it's with Mytrip, booked through Skyscanner.
Does anyone have any experience of this? There are better flights still available with the same airline on Skyscanner.

Check whether your original flight still exsists, so they can’t say flight has been rescheduled.
Can they refund you? And find a different flight?
Have a look at the Martin Lewis website, gives lots of advice.
Good luck

This is why I would always book direct through the airline rather than an OTA even if it costs slightly more, as the internet is full of similar complaints - you are far less likely to have this happen if booking direct and if it does you can at least deal directly with the airline rather than via a third party. It's also why I prefer Google flights to Skyscanner as you get the direct airline prices rather than dozens of online travel agencies that you have never heard of (also means it's more accurate, up to date and faster - Skyscanner shows price "found in the last 15 days" - but prices can change daily!).

Thanks for the advice. I will look at Martin Lewis and book using Google Flights next time!
