Recommendations for late Nov

Looking for recommendations for places to visit - sort of once in a lifetime places but on a teeny budget

2 travellers- one week - £1k each for flights and accommodation ( spends can be separate). Ideally something with a beach nearby although we aren't fussed about watersports. If we can see some awesome sights that is always welcome but we aren't adverse to lazing around

We have been to Maldives and Bali and currently like the look of Mexico or Mauritius... open to all suggestions

I don't think you'd get Mauritius for that budget so I would look at Mexico or cuba. You'd probably get all inclusive within budget. I would look at first choice / tui as their planes are more spacious than the likes of Thomas cook
