Cot on package holiday

Off on our first family holiday in July. Baby girl will be 2 and still very much in a cot. Thomson have said that they will request one for me but cannot guarantee. It’s a holiday village so I’m worried we’ll arrive and won’t get one. Any experience with this? Happy to take my own travel cot but they’ll probably charge me for extra luggage 🙄 and not ideal for a week.

Can you contact the hotel direct? We went away with Thomas Cook and we were allowed to take two baby items. Car seat, travel cot or push chair. Check with your air line you may be allowed to take a cot free.

Contact the hotel directly. Firstly, as soon as possible to request it and then again a week or so before you travel just to confirm/make sure they haven’t forgotten.
