Travel insurance - declaring referrals

I need to renew our travel insurance next month, usually do it online but the small print says I need to declare any consultations or referrals in the last 12 months. I was referred last summer to a consultant who found nothing wrong, tests and scans were clear and they put it down to “one of those things”. Anyone know how I declare this (or do I declare it?) as it’s not exactly a preexisting condition? Symptoms did disapoear around las October so it’s no longer a problem, but I don’t want the insurance to be invalid.

Also do I declare minor things like thrush (which will be on my medical records)?

I would speak to your insurers directly about your previous referral and what happened with that but you do not have to declare minor things like thrush.
