Easyjet have cancelled my flight and offered a free change. I've booked my party on an earlier flight that day. The earlier flight is cheaper than the one I originally booked, so l asked easyjet to refund the difference but they are refusing to do so. Has anyone else encountered this? Feels like a complete rip off.
