Travel Insurance that covers early delivery?

Hi I'm traveling to the states with work and the work policy covers complications but not early labour. Has anyone sourced a travel insurance policy that would cover early delivery. Obviously I don't want to deliver early in the US. I will be 31 weeks on depreciate and 32 weeks on return. 6 day trip. Doctor fine with me travelling and I will be picking up fit to fly letter the day before I go so it covers me for the return leg too. I have had a read through other feeds but none seem to cover this bit! Thank you

You need your own travel insurance and personally I would go through a broker to find one that covers your specific circumstances. you will be paying a bit extra to do this but could be worth it in the long run. Don't underestimate how crap you might feel at 32 wks after a long haul and that you might not feel able to work at your best. Hopefully your job is sensitive to your needs and will have booked you a decent aisle seat so that you can drink loads and get up and move around a lot.
