Rome hotel with outdoor pool?

Following on from my other thread, we’ve decided to bite the bullet and go to Rome for a few days in August.
Seeing as it will be unspeakably hot, I’m thinking about booking a hotel with a pool, so we can cool down and have a mini siesta during the afternoon.
Can anyone recommend a nice hotel with a pool in Rome please? Ideally I’d like it to be fairly central to the Trevi Fountain I’d possible.
Thanks.

I’ve been in August & July & yes it’s sweltering! There is a good underground system so maybe rather than schlepping the streets, take the tube? Stayed at this place ages ago - Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo, Colosseum, Rome. Has a rooftop pool that overlooks the Colosseum that’s fab. The rooms were a bit corporate but the air con was fine! Its very central so in walking distance of the Trevi fountain. Where Trevi is I’m sure you’ll find lots of old characterful hotels, it’s a warren of old/ extremely old houses & not sure many would have pools

That’s like asking for a pool in central London. But more so.

We’ve stayed at two with pools, neither super central but not far out.

The Radisson Blu near the station has a great rooftop pool, a good mile from the coliseum but next to tube. Quite funky and young.

The Aldrvandi is near the park which is shady and the other side of town. More old school and £££, but lovely.

I’ve stayed at one with an Olympic sized outdoor pool, but it was years ago & I can’t remember the name of it - sorry, not very helpful
