I'm new to the world of motherhood and my holidays have now changed and I don't know how to research it so some advice would be great.

I have a 22mth old (at time of travel) and would like to book a sun holiday. We have went as a couple to Majorca for years. Then to benalmadena and Fuengirola this past 2 years. We stayed with family in those last 2 places.

I am looking for a hotel/apartments, doesn't have to be fancy just clean, that has children's entertainment. I remember from my own childhood that there tends to be rubbish child entertainment in the evenings that kids love and I think my lg would just love it!

Requirements: short haul, warm sept time, children entertainment, safe beach, restaurants etc around and flat enough for to take buggy out for walks. We love palma nova and have been many times and would not rule it out again if we found good accommodation. I was in sa coma as a young teenager and didn't like it but that was 20 years ago now so I assume it's changed and maybe was never suited to young teenagers.
I didn't like Fuengirola as nothing much for kids to do. But open to most places.

Puerto Pollensa is great for families. Accommodation worth looking at is Flora, Playa Mar, Puerto Azul and Villa Concha.

First took DD when she was 7 months old and now as a 10 year old, she still loves it.

I’d look at Zafiro Mallorca or can picanfort and if budget allows you can get a hot tub in your balcony so you and DP have something to do in the evening (play cards, drink wine etc) once DC is asleep rather than having to sit quietly in the bedroom in the dark!

Thanks for recommendations - hot tub sounds lovely but as I'm pregnant it wouldn't get much use Sad
