Have been meaning to post this for ages but take your kids to the exhibition that's on at Tate Liverpool until august 30th, if you're in the area. It's currently DD's favourite place. They can even do a bit of sculpting themselves if they fancy.

btw we had a fantastic time at Croxteth Park this afternoon pond dipping - all the kids were soaked but we had been forewarned to bring a change of clothes and wellies. They have some more sessions organised for the remaining Fridays in August - details on their web-site. Also recommended that the carers brought wellies as well and they were def needed.
