Where to go after Ypres?

Hi, we are planning our summer break for 6 of us (has to be end July but we are flexible on when we come back..), currently thinking of Eurotunnel then 3 days in Ypres- but after that Ive drawn a blank on where to next...we are happy to drive quite far, don't like boiling sun, (but like some sun and near a pool!), we normally go to houses in the Alps or Bavaria . Anyone got any ideas where we can head to?

Have you ever stayed at a Landal Greenparks village? They're like Center Parcs but less busy, less commercial, cheaper and more relaxed. Loads of locations in Germany, Belgium and Holland. The website is really helpful for ideas of things to do near each of the parks.
