April very last minute.

Hi hope someone can advise.

Looking at a very last min holiday over Easter. 5- 7 nights short break. Can't book for a few days yet but for 2 adults and 2 kids 6 and 8.

So far I have looked over the canaries for nice weather but is there anywhere I've overlooked. We usually go half board but I am thinking All Inclusive just because of the kids always asking for pop and ice creams.

We have been to benalmadena which we loved but I know weather isn't too good. And Majorca where I also know weather isn't great. We liked our hotel in Majorca but there we also love sea food and interesting places to eat. And we didn't find that in sa coma.

So although we are thinking of AI we do like to wander. We know it's a difficult find as part of me just wants a pool and warm weather and a nice place for the kids to have fun, without it being too old and adult focused. But also without full brits abroad.

Phew. Hope anyone may have a few hotel and place recommendations.

No hotel recommendations I'm afraid but Cyprus has also got very good weather at this time of year so it may be worth checking out. Hope you find something

If it's very last minute, then check the long term forecast on www.yr.no and see where has the best weather. :) It gives the forecast for the next 9 days when you type in the place name and then click on 'long term' eg: www.yr.no/place/Spain/Canary_Islands/Tenerife_Sur/long.html

(Yes long term forecasts do tend to be less accurate but will give you a rough idea and I have found that .no (Norwegian) weather site to be more accurate than most).

Just booked Portugal. Weather ok but not boiling. EasyJet flights much cheaper than ryan air and you can get an apartment on owners direct from £50 a night.

Malta is holding its temperature over the next week, and it’s often overlooked so there may be a deal to be had.

Weather a glorious. We are in Gran Canaria and it’s hot under the UV days. Temps on websites saying 21 degrees (air temp) but feels much hotter. The temp signs in GC are saying between 24 and 30 degrees this past week.
