DS's 8th birthday is in a couple of weeks and we are thinking about taking him for the day(a Saturday).
Please, if you have been can you advise me if you think:
We are going to spend hours queuing for everything?
If I prebook tickets am I going to have to queue just to pick them up, and is there an alternative way of doing this?
Is it going to be age appropriate for DCs aged 12, 9, 8 and 4? Or am I going to feel like killing myself at the end of it, ( even after I get over the cost?!)
I'd be grateful for advice. Thank you.

we were just talking about taking the DSs there in July when DS1 has an INSET day. Have been before when they were 2.5 and 12m (3 years ago).

Also have DS3 who will be 6m then - do you think we'd need 3 adults? )does every ride need one adult to one child?) When we went before, DS1 wouldn't go on any rides so it wasn't an ussue

tommy, two adults/3children should be ok - there's only a three or four, mentioned earlier, (dragon's apprentice, wave surfer, and dinosafari) which are 1:1. Planty youcan all go on, or one adult with the two older children.
