Car hire Malaga Airport

Can anyone recommend a good car hire at Malaga airport ,it is in May .

We go through Malaga airport a lot and always use Malaga car.com. it's not the cheapest and is off the airport site (they have a shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and the car hire) so initially didn't seem that convenient BUT it's the only car hire I've used anywhere that 100% have provided the car make and model we've booked reliably at the price we'd been quoted no hassle!

DFIL lives up a mountain on an unmade track so we need a specific four wheel drive with a high wheelbase so knowing we're going to get that is a great relief. Also on one occasion we shredded a tyre on FIL's track and they drove out to meet us with a replacement vehicle - same make and model - no problem and no extra charge. For that alone I recommend them to everyone - just wish they were in every city I needed car hire in!!

We have a house in Andalucia which we rent out, and a lot of our guests like Helle Hollis (they are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive).

Two companies to avoid like the plague are Record Go and Goldcar!
