We are finally getting wed after 15 years together. It is all down to the plotting of our 8 year old for a 'disco wedding'! We are going away straight afterwards for a two week family holiday in late August. We will have the chance to splurge a bit as we have a honeymoon fund instead of presents. I don't really know where to go and getting very confused by googling! Any recommendations of luxury family resorts in Europe or further afield would be much appreciated. I don't like it super hot/humid and a shorter flight time would be good. Ladies, let me know where your best holidays have been! x

Sani
Greece
Phenomenal

Thank you so much - that looks stunning! May be a bit out of our price range as Thomson are booked up and the direct prices are more than our present fund will stretch to I think! But I've googled the area and there is another hotel nearby that looks nice so thank you! Did you go to Sani in summer holidays, was it super hot?

Do you like towns? Sunbathing? Traditional?

Betty24 · 10/03/2018 15:04

All of the above! Sorry, that doesn't help much. We have been going to Porta Pollensa for last 4 years and trying to find somewhere new for the honeymoon, but it is hard to beat! We like traditional with family friendly beach and watersports and eating out. We thought a resort with kids club would be good for our daughter but would be great if near a town or with a more traditional vibe.
