4* Preferably in Adeje, Cristianos or Las Americas. With good kids pool, splash park, playground. Walking distance to shops etc. Thanks

Costa Adeje Gran Hotel is great & what we liked was that you can get child friendly food from the poolside bar at teatime (bread, soft cheese, ham, fruit, salad etc) if your toddler needs to eat earlier whereas at other hotels you had to wait until the main restaurant opened for the evening.

I can't recommend anywhere myself but this might be helpful www.bestchildfriendlyholidays.co.uk/canary-islands/#Tenerife

I've stayed at the Costa Adeje Gran hotel but there were hardly any children there when we stayed last Feb half term. Nice hotel though and very good breakfast.

There's a good 4/5 star hotel ideal for families in las Americas but the bsbe escapes me, it has an Aztec type theme and excellent reviews

We like hotel suite villa Maria. It's an apart hotel so can put kids to bed and have a living room area to hang out in.

Sensatori Tenerife, (actually a Gran Meliá Hotel but sold as Sensatori by Tui) it's just great for kids and has a nursery if you want a break! Great food, great kids pool plus larger family pool, playground, entertainment and all in a beautiful setting, it even smells nice!
