Turtle swimming Barbados and other things not too miss

We are going to Barbados in the Easter holidays and I wonder if anybody can recommend a company to use to see turtles.

DH can snorkle, DD is a bit of a hit/miss as she can easily panic despite practicing it for a while now and I would prefer just a swim. Oh, and I get seasick.

Also, is there anything we should see/do? We are between Bridgetown and Hastings.

Recommend you see turtles on West coast as waters lovely and calm - we saw the occasional one in shallow waters. The company we used was just near our hotel, but suggest you search up Tripadvisor.

Oistins Fish Fry on a Friday is a must do, as is riding on a reggae bus.

Hunte's Gardens are pretty and quirky - good for hummingbird spotting

I used Tiami Catamarans in the past and prefer the sunset cruise, absolutely amazing. Most companies pick up from your hotel.

In November we were at the surfside bar in holetown and it was possible to swim out from the beach and swim with turtles. Just watch out for the catamaran companies, they all group together. Classic sign that there are turtles.

Amazing place, enjoy.

You'll find turtles at lots of beaches depending on when they want to pop up! Always lots on Dover Beach on the south and I've seen them whilst out on a catamaran on the west. Virgin used to do a catamaran but not sure they do it anymore.

The Concorde experience also good. Rum factory good but so hot. Bridgetown interesting. Harrison's cave is good. You used to be able to get helicopter trips as well but think those stopped.

Some great restaurants but can be price. Enjoy!
