We're looking for a cheap (!?) and cheerful holiday to Greece this summer - on a budget as have big house renovations planned this year. We've found a lovely looking apartment complex, which ticks all the boxes apart from the fact it's a studio. This means all 4 of us (me, dh and 2 dcs aged 12 and 9) sharing a room. Not ideal in my book - the odd nights we've had in Premier Inn family rooms have been less than relaxing! However, I'm finding myself seriously considering it as a compromise for what could be a really lovely holiday. Am I mad? Should I resume my search and accept that we need to spend more for a 1 bed apartment (for dh and I to have space to ourselves if nothing else 
? Has anyone else done this and had a happy holiday?
