We went with Red Funnel and it was around £40 too last summer. We just booked it the night before. Tried online, but ended up phoning really late in the evening and actually got to speak to a real person who made the booking there and then and we collected the tickets on arrival. Couldn't do any better on price though at the time, but good service.
