Cycling, fresh air, oysters - is it Ile de Re again?

We have been twice and ds(15) wants to go again.

Is there anywhere else like the Ile de Re? DH would prefer a change.

I wondered about northern Spain?

Loire valley is very good for cycling. Less so for oysters but not so far from the coast you won't get a good selection in any fishmongers or supermarket. Lots of things to see and do, and weather usually nice in summer.
