We've had a great time.in the past staying at The Elms in Worcester but I've noticed they are no longer seeking the family market - they've ditched the crèche and family dining option.

Can anyone suggest somewhere we could go instead? We're looking for:

  • Hotel with swimming pool
  • can eat together with the children
  • kids club or creche ideal (1 yo and 4yo)
  • separate bedroom for the kids, so probably a suite. The Elms had a 3 room suite which is ideal to accommodate grandparents as well.
  • within a couple of hours of Stoke on trent.

We may be asking for too much, but worth a try...

Thanks, I'll look it up.

We were hoping to try to drop in on friends in Stoke as well, but it's not compulsory!

Calcot Manor in the Cotswolds has an Ofsted registered crèche, indoor playroom, several options for family suites and rooms, a less-formal gastro pub style restaurant called The Gumstool and two indoor pools (one of which is for kids). I've never found another luxury family-friendly hotel so reasonably priced.
