Hi DH and I are looking at a trip with DD who will be 6 months old. We never went on a fancy honeymoon so want to go somewhere tropical / beautiful in June. We are thinking Mauritius but open to suggestions.

Ideally looking for:
Good weather and calm beaches
Babysitting services
Small amount of culture / things to see and do

If you've been to Mauritius then any recommendations of which coast will be best in June for sea swimming etc

If you've been long haul/ all inclusive with a baby what do you do with them all day?! Presumably they can't crawl all over the beach!?

Any advice / recommendations please :)

I went to Mauritius in Nov on honeymoon and it was lovely, we'd love to go back. We stayed on the east coast at Belle Mare but did an island tour and if we went back we'd look to stay near Grand Baie in the North as there seemed to be a bit more going on there that said if your happy to be more hotel based the east coast was beautiful with lovely calm beach and sea. Have a fab time it really was lovely.
