Travelling with infant

DD is currently 4 months old, around August/September time we’re hoping to visit in laws. We will be going via train so can’t take too much really, just wondering for some advice on the best way to go about this e.g. sleeping when there as they don’t have a spare room so would be in the living room, what to take and any more helpful advice. I should also add it will be in the city so quite a busy place. Thanks in advance!

So baby will be 11/12 months when you go? Can they get a travel cot? Could you have one delivered there? The pop up ones are OK but if baby is fully mobile they don't work as well as the bigger ones.

Thank you 🙂 It sounds like the best option. Although we don’t go up there a lot and they don’t have any other children/infants visit. Would need a high chair too do you think?

We have a totseat which is a piece of cleverly sewn fabric that makes a highchair out of any chair.

Will look it up, thank you!
