Has anyone been here and have any recommendation for things to do in Menaggio? Is it a place you'd recommend ? Would you use it as a base for exploring the area or is there lots to do in the town itself ?( I've been to Como and Lugano before without the kids for short trips a few years back, spent a day in each).
What is food like cost wise for meals in restaurants and cafes?
Any advice or info appreciated
