French budget hotel like Premier Inn

Need to plan a few one night stop overs. Any advice on which of the budget chain hotels are good. I've been reading about B&B hotels in France and look quite good. Ibis don't seem to do family rooms.

Kyriad used to be good, but not stayed in one for a while.

Novotel is a premier inn dupe. Prices vary though.

Mercure would be about the same level as a premier inn.

Campanile is not bad, perhaps not quite as good as a premier inn. Not sure if they have family rooms.

Some ibis budgets do family rooms for 5.
