Find me a holiday

I've volunteered to organise a family holiday and quite frankly I'm struggling.

Can anyone recommend a hotel/ resort that is suitable for a 2 year old, preferably all inclusive, with pool and mini disco. We will also have a 20 year old with us so will need something near by that is a bit lively.

I am looking for short flight times and transfers.

Found this thread as I'm stuck myself.

But for you I'd recommend Cala Bona, Majorca. We went to the Protur Bonaire with DS aged 2. Tired him out in the splash pool in the morning, gave him early lunch and put him in buggy for (10-15 min) stroll into town. He fell asleep on the stroll and slept a good two hours, enough for us to have uninterrupted boozy lunch in town and stroll around enjoying ourselves. Then we occasionally put him in the creche in the evening with milk and pjs and were able to get dinner and be back for him at 10pm.

There was kids' entertainment/disco in the evenings and we thought he'd stay awake as was a poor sleeper but even though it was a bit noisy he slept through the lot so we didn't get to take him.

Not much for your 20yo as it's rather a sleepy town but Cala Millor is just along the coast and there's much more happening there - you could walk to it as we did (although a taxi might be better).
