Parking at Manchester

I need recommendations for somewhere to park at Manchester airport.

We have to be there for 3am so are the car parks 24hrs in terms of getting to the airport?

Cheers!

Yes, they do buses all the time, some every 15 mins or so, some on demand.

I saved some websites recently, bear with me...

ukparkandride came up with one 4 mins away at a good price - it asks for a deposit upfront and the rest paid on arrival. Their price range for sites for us (2 weeks May-June) is £49 - £72.

airport-parking-shop has a lot more alternatives and has to be waded through.

Last time we did it the car park was much further away than it had said and the buses didn't run that often so the trip in was a bit hairy as we we were later than intended - we were OK but only because the computers were down and everything was being done manually!

(I was going to go with Purple Parking and Tesco Clubcard vouchers, which would have been £15 for a £60 slot, but I should have booked it ages ago and it has stopped apparently )

ukparkandride looks good £28 for a week in a secure car park

ta!

Oh good

I have just booked us (I think I have anyway) one of those meet-and-greet services where they take your car away and bring it back at the terminal - it's about £15 more but our flight home arrives at 5am, I don't want to be messing around with luggage on and off buses at that time
