Hello, Can anyone recommend a hotel / apartment / rental that fits with most of my quite picky requirements:

• 1 week
• Europe
• Any month
• 20-25 degrees c
• 2 bedrooms, living area & self-catering facilities.
• Modern and luxurious
• Min tripadvisor score of 4/5
• Ground floor with garden seating area outside room
• Gated private pool or pool on site
• Restaurant on site if hotel
• Walkable with pram to village or town with more restaurants
• Walkable with pram to beach
• Max 3 hours flight time from UK
• Max £150-200 per night

Thank you :)

Hopefully you'll find what you're looking for in a two bedroom apartment at this hotel www.hotelcaladifalco.com/en/
Here's an independent review of it

I think it ticks most of your boxes.

Another one for tots to travel, we went to Puerto pollensa with them in sept and it was fab

sm40 · 25/01/2018 21:44

Puerto pollensa is great with toddlers. Great shallow beach. Aim for the pine walk end!

sm40 · 25/01/2018 21:45

Google the apartments in Bellsreguard!

MrsCrankypants · 25/01/2018 21:49

Have a look at Cambrils Park in Spain. We went last year with a 2 year old and it was brilliant. It's got everything you need on site and it's close to the beach and restaurants etc. It has 3 different pools, one with water slides, a playground and a kids club. In May it was about 22 degrees and it's about €1000 for a week at that point

SunLolly · 25/01/2018 22:22

Thanks everyone, Puerto Pollensa looks good - will do some investigating. Also loved the hotel in Sardinia but unfortunately there are no direct flights from Glasgow / Edinburgh so that rules that one out :(

Hello - Thanks for the recommendation! - if you have a moment, could you pop over to Tots' page on Mumsnet and do a review for us please?

Many thanks!

I stay at a friends apartment at Tenerife that meets these requirements

£150-£200 wouldn’t get you an hour at country kids!

CottonSock · 30/01/2018 16:44

Greece, portugal and Majorca/ Minorca have lovely weather in May. We tend to use either tui or owners direct.

Every post you have made in the past is for country kids.

ineedwine99 · 30/01/2018 16:48

Is Tots to travel worth the cost as they are expensive

Canyouguess · 30/01/2018 16:49

They are brilliant
But not worth it if youngest is over 2.5/3 I reckon

CottonSock · 30/01/2018 16:50

Just looked up country kids.. looks amazing.. and is 15k a week.
I recently costed a trip to Barbados luxury all inclusive for half that

CottonSock · 30/01/2018 16:51

And it was half that for twice as long!

CottonSock · 30/01/2018 16:55

Tui sensatori has some great deals out of school hols. 5 star and great kids club and baby sitting if you want it. We went to tenerife one. Beach not sandy though. Also not quite short haul. They have other sites
