Efteling- where in Bosrijk?

Planning two night/three days in July with group of 7 or 8. I don't think I want to pay extra for 'luxury' house or a lakeside one but wondering if anyone has any views on woodland houses vs those in the village square? It looks like you might get more 'natural' outside space around the woodland houses but that they are a slightly further away?

Sorry to create new thread - I've hunted through a few old ones without success.

I've stayed in Bosrijk several times but only the apartments, and only in winter. I couldn't see a lot of difference as I walked through, but I would pay attention to how far away you are from the restaurant - it's noisy on a warm summer night.

agree its all same and lovely. I would say a house on the actual lake would be only biggest difference... But they are all in really lovely woodland. The apartment are lovely too. It's hard to go wrong there
