Holiday Ideas for a Family of 5

My eyes are almost bleeding with searching for a holiday and/or short break for 5 of us (for either Easter or Summer school holidays).

There are three kids (9, 6, 3) and we usually drive to France for our summer holiday and camp or stay in a house/apartment. The kids are a bit bored with the long drive so we’re looking to fly somewhere...ideally with a pool and beach OR go to somewhere with similar in the UK.

Stuff I’m finding is either ridiculously expensive or really cheap with poor ratings and one of the kids sleeping on a campbed in the living room etc. Any tips from any of you out there would be gratefully received!!

Fly to the vendee or lake Garda and do eurocanp?

I'd suggest Sanguli in Spain for a number of reasons:
12km from nearest airport
200m from beach
4km from Portventura (one of largest theme parks in Europe) Tickets available from the reception.
Loads to do including four pool complexes, crazy golf, bike hire (baby seats available), trampolining, two kids clubs, nearby towns for sightseeing and outside theatre for shows.
You're pretty much guaranteed good weather, but it's not so far south that it will be unbearable.
