Toddler friendly resort in Spain/Portugal/ Canary Islands in May

Hello!

We have two weeks of holiday coming up end of May and desperate to get some sun and sea. We are thinking of going to a resort with preferably with water park and activities for DD who will be 2 then. It'll be nice if we could explore the town and eat out as well.

Budget around 2K to 2.5k and for about a week.

Anybody got any recommendations for resorts for Spain, Portugal or Canary Islands ?

Parque Cristobal in Gran Canaria is my top recommendation. They've thought of nearly everything for families with toddlers. They have several different types of rooms, including two bedroom bungalows with children's furniture and baby facilities. All inclusive, self catering or B and B.
There are two heated toddlers pools, a splash park, playground, crèche, parents and toddler time, babysitting and lots of children's food options.
On the website it says it's 1.7km from the nearest beach (courtesy bus available); 500m from the nearest supermarket; 800m from nearest restaurants and cafés; 1km from the resort centre of Playa del Inglés.

Cala d’Or Majorca

Playa Mar, Porta Polensa, Majorca. Brilliant spot.

Hesperia Playa Dorada in Lanzarote, we're going in September. Have had friends go recently and they said it was really child friendly

sensatori Tenerife is lovely, gorgeous resort. Bit of a trek from any attractions other than los Cristianos area which personally we avoid but the hotel is so huge and lovely you don't really need to go anywhere.

Play Blanca lanzarote is lovely for kids great beach at playa flamingo. Didn't like our hotel but los that looked nice.

Menorca have been to in May and is lovely but not everything was open yet so difficult for restaurants etc.
