Hot but not too hot!

Any suggestions for holidays in Europe in August where it will be hot, but not too hot I.e mid to high 20s as opposed to early 30s.

Southern France, northern Spain and around Barcelona, and northern Italy.

Croatia?

Cyprus in autumn

August - Malta, Madeira, Denmark

Malta in august not that hot??? It was in the mid 40s august last gone.

Id consider Brittany, or mid france, maybe like dordogne or the french alps

I go end of august and it’s usually in the mid-twenties

I've been to Malta in June and October in the last couple of years and it was low 30s then. It might drop to the mid 20s in the middle of the night in August, but that can't be relied on.

I live in Brittany and would normally encourage it for reasonable temperatures. But it got to 36 degrees on several days in Augsut last year
