Who can find me somewhere nice to stay in Kardamili, Mani, Greece? bet you can't!!

But seriously I think youll just have to take a tent and pitch it on the beah cause I dont think this place has ever had tourists.

My brother lives in the mountains and we are going over for his sil wedding where dd is bridesmaid.

there are 12 of us so woudl need to boook something I think!!

The tourist website have one hotel but I wouldnt stay there.

this hotel has 22 apartments or studios - not quite a luxury villa though

We have booked this years hols, but you have inspired me - am now dreaming about next year.

sil telling me not to panic, calm down, hotel will be sorted soon !!

No one goes in June anyway

Now off to find a nudist beach nearby

lol @ nudist beach. There seem to be so many in Greece, normally full of portly middle aged Germans.

I love the nudist beaches - spend my time seeking themout. they are quite - it would seem Mani is pretty quiet anyway though -

I bet if when you get there and speak to Stefanos, the local taverna owner, his cousin will have a splendid rambling hide-away up in the hills that you can rent. Greece tends to be like that.
I have also found that any Greek villa rentals advertised on the intermeweb tend to be extortionate.

we want to be in the vilage as that is where the wedding will be and we can walk rahter than drive.

That villa says it has one bedroom but sleeps 6 - will investigate!!

LV - I will tell you what it islike when I return. I am flying to Athens and then doing hte 4 hours drive - which is fine as we will find places to eat along the way.

I don;t think the Greeks want it to be well known - it is one piece of tranquility that tis not covered in tourists.
