Dubai- what excursions should I book and who with?

Booked Dubai for me, dh, ds5 and dd3. Its totally not where I thought I would go on holiday and isn't our sort of place really but we wanted some easter sun and only a short haul flight.

So, which excursions should we do? Virgin, who we booked through, are offering them through booking or am I better off booking them elsewhere, not booking at all and just turning up or booking through the hotel when there? Which way gives you the cheapest price? Thinking water park, legoland, sand safari possibly and indoor ski centre.

Also, what else do we need to know about Dubai? We are staying on the palm.

I don't know anything about this but I'm guessing you are based nearby if you put this in shorthaul - maybe put it in another holiday section?

I wouldn't class a 7 hour flight as a short haul flight.

Lonicera - yes, I meant OP can't be in UK putting this in short haul.

if 7, 8 hours was short haul I'd be horrified!

I'd get the Entertainer App. It has 2 for one's for most theme parks.

I wouldn't book in advance - you can sort it whilst you're there.
