City break Mar - not freezing

Any suggestions mid March or mid April for weekend city break. Have done Barcelona, Paris, Prague, Rome Copenhagen but happy to consider again.

Would just love somewhere I could wander around and not be cold, maybe lunch outside (with a coat would be fine) - actually anywhere with weather better than Scotland

There's lots to do in Vienna and Budapest. I've been to both at Easter. Both chilly but not perishing. Both cloudless skies and sunshine with no rain.

Malaga. I went in December and had lovely bright sunny days - ate breakfast outside with sunglasses on (plus coat). Lovely small city set on the coast to mooch around in, plenty of culture if you want it, lovely restaurants and really liked whole feel of it. Plus very cheap flights!

Seville. We were there at the beginning of November and the temperature was in the mid-80s and we had a fab time.
