Villa/all inclusive with a 9 year old with age appropriate kids club?

DD will have just turned 9 by the time we go and we're struggling to find a hotel or villa that will have a great kids club for that age that she can go to for a break from the sun. Looking to go in August, probably somewhere in Europe and would like to venture for days out too. Any recommendations gratefully receieved!

This is what the TUI say about their Family Life hotels:
