if its a package then the only way to test it is to see what the cheapest you can get the individual elements for is. if it isn't then look at packages to compare. make sure that the self catering really is 4/5* don't trust what websites say. have a look at tripadvisor for reviews or just type the property into your search bar.

Depends in part when you're going but it's Santorini so you're not going to get it cheap. Seems reasonable.

Bargain! - with at least 3 flights each? I think £1600 for 10 days for just the accommodation alone is good going for 4/5 peak season.
