Haven't been but have only heard positive stories from various friends who have. Also looking at them for a skiing and "wellness" holiday.

We were at the Kinderhotel Post at Unken last year and it was fantastic, with lots to do for kids of all ages. Scenery and food were amazing. It’s also a 30 minute drive from Salzburg so if you have a car you can get some culture and sightseeing in (a lot of the kinder hotels - being ski resorts in the winter - are very rural). Would recommend.

We have been to kinderhotel in Unken a few years back. Lovely family run place with lots of activities. We have been back to summer holidays in the Alps every year since. We loved it, both the area and the hotel.

We’ve also been to the kinder hotel in Unken twice and going back again next year. It’s brilliant and the kids love it.
