We are emigrating to Oz and need travel insurance for the flight incase of luggage lost. My son has nut, sesame and egg allergy - think this makes it harder - any help?

greenbee part of John Lewis, will provide travel cover with nut allergy as a pre-existing medical condition which you do not need to declare. Check the FAQs. You can ring them to check his sesame and egg allergies.

This is the second time I have been able to recommend this cover because they are so open about what they will/won't cover. I don't need to take it out though as DH's Amex card has a comprehensive cover as part of the annual fee but I would if we didn't have existing cover.

Alternatively, can/is your luggage covered as part of your home contents?
