The best Travel directions website you use?

Hi i'm quite new to driving outside my town, and would like your advice on which is the best website to use for diections is.

I use the AA or RAC, don't know of any others.

Oh sorry, Streetmap is good for maps but for actual directions I agree with AA.

I use the AA, or ViaMichelin for Europe

(the AA isn't always very clever about traffic conditions though - sent us through central London when it would have been much better to go through Richmond, ditto through Oxford insterad of round the ring road etc. Always less distance but not always quickest or easiest route.)
