Hello all! I hope you are having a fantastic New Years Day.

I am after a bit of advice really! I am looking for a holiday within the UK to go to that is suitable for a family of 3 (My OH, my one year old and I). It will be around March time, so the weather will probably still be cold and rainy so somewhere indoors that is suitable for an energetic one year old, indoor swimming centre, local shops and town, pubs, maybe the beach to have a little stroll?

Many thanks for any ideas in advance. xx

Any of the centre parcs would be good and if you are not set on going in school holidays you can get some really good deals.

Hunstanton on the north Norfolk coast would be just right for you. There's a superb SeaLife centre and seal sanctuary. Alive Oasis is a leisure centre complex with flumes, toddlers pool etc... there's also Sidney's Indoor Play Zone. Hunstanton has some nice shops for browsing and lovely traditional pubs and fish and chip shops.
King's Lynn is just a few miles up the coast and Sandringham house and estate are less than 10 miles away.

Bluestone? They have an ace swimming pool which is free for guests in the morning, lots of activities during the day, soft play. Tenby is nearby with a beach and little town.
