Holiday suggestions with 11mth old

I'm looking at booking a holiday with my DH and my DS who will be 11mths old (we are looking to go early May 2018). We want somewhere which will be low to mid 20s, self catering (need a kettle/microwave for baby at least), air conditioned, a separate living area/bedroom and can supply cot/high chair. We'd preferably like a heated pool too (although that may be asking for the impossible) and somewhere with parking as we'd want to hire a car to see the local area. We really aren't fussy about where we go, as long as it's not an 18-30'S type holiday destination (but would prefer somewhere with nice days out and driving distance to a beach).

Any suggestions of specific hotels/aparthotels/villas would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Carvoeiro in the algarve, Monte Dourado and Rocha Brava both have heated pools. Monte Dourado is closer to the village but Rocha Brava is about 10 minutes by car, and also has a beach nearby, called Centeanes

We went to Laganas on Zante/Zakynthos with our son who was slightly younger. it was perfect, the beach slops very gently so it was possible to put our son in the water as know that he wasn't going to get waves breaking over him. Also the Greeks love babies so he will be welcomed everywhere

@goose1964 Which hotel/apartments did you stay in? Did they provide cots/high chairs etc?
