February half term

So it’s that time of year when we’re all craving a bit of warmth and thoughts turn to holidays. I can’t wait until Easter but am stuck with ideas for a February half term holiday. It’s really early in February, 12th for a week, so it’ll be hard to get anywhere warm, but what does everyone else do for that half term?

Two dc under 6 and swimming is not enjoyed by either. Budget not really an issue, but dh is very reluctant to go abroad and hates being too hot.

you could have a look at Cyprus. use the accuweather website to decide if its warm enough.

I'd recommend going to a Landal park. It's a European equivalent of Centre Parcs but better and cheaper! You won't be able to do any sunbathing but they're great during the winter because there's so much indoors.
There are several reasons why we like them so much:
Kids club runs all year round
Indoor play centre is actually decent
Loads of indoor activities
Spa
The entertainment isn't cheesy
Many different dining packages

With two young children, I'd have a look at staying in the 4-person children's bungalow at Landal de Lommerbergen www.landal.com/parks/de-lommerbergen/accommodations/4bkm
However, Landal Het Vennebos has more to do Inside www.landal.com/parks/het-vennenbos/in-and-around-the-park I've just checked the prices for this second one for 4 nights during your half term and a 4-person lodge is just under £300
